Foraging expert John Wright, is leading two fungi forays in the park on Friday 6 October! John is one of the most experienced foray leaders in Britain, having lead over one thousand foray’s in Britain in his career.

He has nine published books on the topic of natural history and foraging, the latest one entitled the Observant Walker.

Each walk, lasting for up to an hour and a half, will culminate in a labelled display of the specimens found.

We have two walks available: 10.30am until 12 midday and 1.30pm until 3pm
